Service Description

Our 16-Hour Illinois Concealed Carry (CCL) Class is designed for first-time applicants who need to complete the required Illinois concealed carry training. USA Veteran Firearms Training brings the classroom portion of your training directly to your home, providing convenient, personalized instruction in a comfortable learning environment. Newer shooters are welcome. Students should be prepared to safely participate in the required live-fire qualification. Contact us before registering if you have questions about your current level of firearms experience. What to Bring Students should bring note-taking materials and any identification or documentation requested by the instructor. IMPORTANT: No personal firearms or live ammunition are permitted in the in-home classroom training area. Training equipment needed for classroom exercises will be provided by the instructor. The live-fire qualification is conducted separately at the designated range. Students will receive information regarding firearm, ammunition, eye protection, ear protection, and range requirements before qualification. Required Live-Fire Qualification The required live-fire qualification is completed separately at the designated range. Range fees are not included in the course tuition and are the student's responsibility. Qualification details, required equipment, ammunition requirements, and range instructions will be provided before the scheduled qualification. The 16-hour course is generally completed over two days. Scheduling is arranged based on instructor availability, and the required live-fire qualification is completed at the designated range. Upon successful completion of all required training and qualification requirements, eligible students will receive the applicable training certification needed for the Illinois CCL application process. Scheduling Notice Requested class dates and times are subject to instructor availability. Classes may be rescheduled when necessary due to weather, range availability, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your requested date is unavailable, we will contact you with alternative dates.
